The bar for consumers has gone up tremendously in terms of what they expect in terms of a frictionless, intuitive journey. And they're not very loyal! We set up some really great metrics around the customer funnel and are able to see at a very low level of detail when and why customers are dropping out.
Merchant Payment Processing Using Digital Wallets
A lot of merchants don't necessarily consider a digital wallet for payment processing. This is what we offer in Europe so merchants can actually settle into a wallet and see their funds immediately and then be able to, for instance, pay payroll or if they want to transfer money elsewhere, they can do so immediately as well through digital wallet. This is a slightly different model of payment processing than I think most merchants typically look at.
Cash Is Here To Stay…. and Growing in Usage
Everybody thinks that the world is becoming more digital and cash becomes irrelevant. I am a naysayer in that opinion. The data that we have seen shows that cash actually just becomes more and more popular. We see more usage than we ever have in the past and there's a number of reasons for it.
